Description

Hello, Location service folks have a difficult and important job. I acknowledge that. However, along our street city residence and tax payers have what looks like graffiti on each poll. I'm wondering if this look with be here for 1 year, 5 years, 10 years? Are these polls set to be replaced? Can the city understand why residence would feel like this spray paint seemed a bit unnecessary and unsightly?
