This browser is a local, read-only view of Mercer Island SeeClickFix issue data. It is designed to make the issue backlog easier to review than the official site, especially when you want to scan unresolved problems, spot long-open issues, and understand what recently changed.
What this tool does best: it helps you review issue records quickly in one place. The home screen focuses on unresolved issues because that is usually the highest-value slice of the data.
Quick Start
- Start on Unresolved Issues to see the current open and acknowledged backlog.
- Use Long Open and Stale Unresolved to surface older or neglected issues.
- Open Operations if you want to confirm the local sync is healthy and current.

How to Use the Browser
- The left navigation tree provides saved views, status slices, request-type drill-down, operations, and help topics.
- The main issue grid is the primary work surface for triage and browsing.
- The detail page explains why a single issue is noteworthy and shows the stored change history.
The data is copied into a local SQLite database by the existing sync process. This web app does not edit or publish anything back to SeeClickFix.
