Issue Statuses Explained

Each issue keeps the status reported by SeeClickFix. This browser shows the current status and lets you filter by it.

Status	Meaning here
Open	The issue is unresolved and has not yet been acknowledged in the platform.
Acknowledged	The issue is still unresolved, but someone on the receiving side has marked it as seen or in progress.
Closed	The issue has been marked resolved or completed.
Archived	The issue is part of historical records and is not active.

Home screen tip: the default unresolved grid combines Open and Acknowledged, because both still deserve review.
