Description
It has been a few years since the city added crushed rock and dirt to the dirt margins along West Mercer. As you can see it is basically a shallow lake for most of the rainy season. This is the only place for us to bring our garbage bins and is also the access to our mailboxes as well as guest parking. Can this project be added to your summer maintenance agenda? It seems to be a problem all along W. Mercer south of 72nd.
