Issue #9091815 — Catch Basin / Storm Drain

The other three storm drains at or near the same intersection appeared to be functioning properly. Without knowing more about the architecture of the underground drain pipes in the area, I'm guessing there is a blockage somewhere between this drain and the one immediately south and downhill on the same side of the street. Water flowing down through the drain system on the west side of Mercerwood Drive is being impeded and forced up and out the drain.... Thank you.
