They came back months later and filled the storm drain so it sits flush to the street.  The problem is that it no longer collects the water that runs down the hill.  The water has created its own path washing out silt and gravel, and now eroding the asphalt.   All of the mess runs into our driveway and the water flows further down the hill.   The storm drain at the intersection of SE 22nd & 80th often times floods.
