{"acknowledged_at":"2020-07-15T13:02:23-04:00","address":"8387 E Mercer Way Mercer Island, WA, 98040, USA","closed_at":"2020-07-20T19:20:42-04:00","comment_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/api/v2/issues/8196136/comments","created_at":"2020-07-15T13:01:57-04:00","description":"The blackberry bushes at the intersection of 85th AVE SE and East Mercer Way make it very difficult to see oncoming traffic that is heading eastward on East Mercer Way, so that it is dangerous to exit from 85th to take a left on East Mercer Way. The lot at the top of 85th with all of these blackberry bushes is privately owned, but the owner has never maintained this property. Can the City require that the owner cut back these blackberry bushes so that we have improved visibility for safety purposes? There is also a bus hut for children to catch the school bus, and it makes it difficult for the children to see the oncoming school bus.","flag_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/api/v2/issues/8196136/flag","html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/issues/8196136","id":8196136,"lat":47.52856917429398,"lng":-122.22543509237916,"media":{"image_full":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzQwMjExNSwicHVyIjoiYmxvYl9pZCJ9fQ==--d51c1efd5f295b6724416a7a803ca7509d0e5752/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjgwMHg2MDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--242b3e94addeeae50b5fd8df8a0a8fbcf02bf33c/IMG_1462.jpg","image_square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzQwMjExNSwicHVyIjoiYmxvYl9pZCJ9fQ==--d51c1efd5f295b6724416a7a803ca7509d0e5752/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjEwMHgxMDBeIiwiZ3Jhdml0eSI6ImNlbnRlciIsImV4dGVudCI6IjEwMHgxMDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--65761edc0e4051a20b5d81cec2bec201d6c43dee/IMG_1462.jpg","representative_image_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzQwMjExNSwicHVyIjoiYmxvYl9pZCJ9fQ==--d51c1efd5f295b6724416a7a803ca7509d0e5752/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjEwMHgxMDBeIiwiZ3Jhdml0eSI6ImNlbnRlciIsImV4dGVudCI6IjEwMHgxMDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--65761edc0e4051a20b5d81cec2bec201d6c43dee/IMG_1462.jpg","video_url":null},"point":{"coordinates":[-122.225435092379,47.528569174294],"type":"Point"},"private_visibility":false,"rating":1,"reopened_at":null,"reporter":{"avatar":{"full":"https://seeclickfix.com/images/no-avatar-100.png","square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/images/no-avatar-100.png"},"civic_points":0,"html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/users/1876956","id":1876956,"name":"Akristof","role":"Registered User","witty_title":""},"request_type":{"id":22675,"organization":"City of Mercer Island - NOTE: Emergencies should always be reported to 911 immediately.
