Description
The bench area in the greenbelt park area along I-90 corridor and 76th Avenue SE, in front of the Puget Sound Energy transformer box needs cleaning. There are lots of bird droppings and leftover food from birds eating scraps left by visitors. This is a rat problem waiting to happen. We did notify PSE as well to tell them their transformer box looks really disgusting.
