Description
This is a longstanding problem which has been brought to the attention of MIPD repeatedly by property owners on 82nd AVE SE along Luther Burbank Park. We have repeated trespassers walk into our property as they walk north past Kite Hill on Luther Burbank Park. We have posted "No Trespassing" Signs on both 82nd Ave SE Cul De Sac as well as our property line along the boundary with the park. However, the trespassing continues. We have small children and fear for their safety. Futhermore, unleashed dogs often wander onto our property as well. We are requesting that the MI City place "No outlet" signs at the South end of the Pea Patch Community Garden on Kite Hill on Luther Burbank Park. Thank you for your prompt attention to this request.
