I was walking with my elderly mother when this women with her unleashed dog was coming in our direction. Her dog was excitedly running up to everything and approaching us. I mentioned: \"Lady, you should have your dog on a leash\". She indicated it is rude to make mention and as I took this photo of her once we passed she then changed her course and direction of travel. She then started chasing, running after us with her unleashed dog terrifying my elderly mother. She followed and chased us into the next street to take her own photography of us. \nShould dogs not be on a leash during this covid19 pandemic? There is no necessity for this kind of behavior and to terrorize the elderly wanting to have some healthy physical activity of a leisurely walk. This is not what is expected in our generally friendly neighborhood. \nI opt out of public display. Thank you.","flag_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/api/v2/issues/7691255/flag","html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/issues/7691255","id":7691255,"lat":47.540111812476056,"lng":-122.23221199310794,"media":{"image_full":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzA1NTYyMywicHVyIjoiYmxvYl9pZCJ9fQ==--0b2c03539b87fb0bff2bc31c87c1dead4254477f/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjgwMHg2MDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--242b3e94addeeae50b5fd8df8a0a8fbcf02bf33c/IMG_2925.jpg","image_square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzA1NTYyMywicHVyIjoiYmxvYl9pZCJ9fQ==--0b2c03539b87fb0bff2bc31c87c1dead4254477f/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjEwMHgxMDBeIiwiZ3Jhdml0eSI6ImNlbnRlciIsImV4dGVudCI6IjEwMHgxMDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--65761edc0e4051a20b5d81cec2bec201d6c43dee/IMG_2925.jpg","representative_image_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzA1NTYyMywicHVyIjoiYmxvYl9pZCJ9fQ==--0b2c03539b87fb0bff2bc31c87c1dead4254477f/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjEwMHgxMDBeIiwiZ3Jhdml0eSI6ImNlbnRlciIsImV4dGVudCI6IjEwMHgxMDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--65761edc0e4051a20b5d81cec2bec201d6c43dee/IMG_2925.jpg","video_url":null},"point":{"coordinates":[-122.232211993108,47.5401118124761],"type":"Point"},"private_visibility":false,"rating":2,"reopened_at":null,"reporter":{"avatar":{"full":"https://seeclickfix.com/images/no-avatar-100.png","square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/images/no-avatar-100.png"},"civic_points":0,"html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/users/1538973","id":1538973,"name":"Mercer Island, WA Neighbor","role":"Guest","witty_title":""},"request_type":{"id":25675,"organization":"Comments/Feedback","related_issues_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/api/v2/issues?lat=47.540111812476056&lng=-122.23221199310794&request_types=25675&sort=distance","title":"Safety (ex.
