Issue #7455755 — Flooding / Standing Water

I am reaching out to City  because the situation has gotten worse and now there is a constant flowing water in front of my driveway from my next door neighbors front yard. The water flows in front of my driveway and then across the street.  The water seems to be coming from front yard of my next door neighbor (7941 SE 70th St). This problem started couple of years ago when the next door neighbors at 7941 SE 70th St. redid their front yard (a major project). This year with all the rains, the water has developed algae and when it freezes it turns to a sheet of ice making it impossible for anyone to walk out of my driveway or on the street in front of my house.  The city had put a new layer of asphalt last year to address this and it has made situation worse for me. The flowing water used to go across the street however after new asphalt on the road, it is now eroding my driveway.   My son fell last week while crossing the road to get our mail.  This needs to be checked and addressed ASAP.
