They are smothering some large trees (cedar and holly). I am working with a restoration service to contain them(Derek M. Beauchemin, Owner/Operator\nHabitat Restoration Specialists, LLC.\n206.459.0586)\n\nBut would like to consult with the city first to get advice on how to go about it and what to do.\n\nDerek plans to be here next week Feb 5th.  So if I can get clarity on this before that date it is greatly appreciated.
