Description
Hello,
There are 32 new LED lights along EMW between I90 to 53rd Street. Those lights are way too bright and blinding sometimes.
Do we need so many LEDs? Those are noises and damaging the unique environment of the neighborhood.
If the city wants to keep those LED, please reduce the brightness to 1/2 or 1/3.
Thank.
