Drivers pulling onto ICW from SE 77th Pl are reluctant to stop before rolling onto ICW for fear of getting stuck. So, there are a number of \"rolling stops\" with limited sight distance onto ICW. I realize SE 77th Pl is not maintained by the City, but it would be really helpful if the plow could remove the first 5-10 feet of snow to create a safer intersection. Thanks.","flag_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/api/v2/issues/5403912/flag","html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/issues/5403912","id":5403912,"lat":47.53476173082421,"lng":-122.22169932605215,"media":{"image_full":null,"image_square_100x100":null,"representative_image_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/assets/categories/snow-785be7ef36ef392541209ab7be7f2e3b83abf9357be28554685a82be780272c7.png","video_url":null},"point":{"coordinates":[-122.221699326052,47.5347617308242],"type":"Point"},"private_visibility":false,"rating":2,"reopened_at":null,"reporter":{"avatar":{"full":"https://seeclickfix.com/images/no-avatar-100.png","square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/images/no-avatar-100.png"},"civic_points":0,"html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/users/1663317","id":1663317,"name":"Resident","role":"Registered User","witty_title":""},"request_type":{"id":24533,"organization":"City of Mercer Island - NOTE: Emergencies should always be reported to 911 immediately.
