Did someone spill something on it or why is it discolored?  And not to mention, it is toxic and gives off a toxic smell on a hot day.  Will you please replace the playground surface which is damaged/discolored and rather install the same green grass looking playground material which you have on the other side of the train and keep it all looking good  Considering the amount of money the City spent on the playground, it shouldn't be looking so shoddy within just a short period of time.  Tell the City to not use that playground surface ever again.
