If you drive up 24th St from 76th Ave SE, on the right hand side, it looks like the city has planted ivy in each bay and now, it is overgrown or the city think that manicuring the ivy beautifies the city when it does nothing of the sort.  Please find out who planted ivy as it doesn't just grow?
