And also, the handicapped sign has disintegrated so needs replacing.  And on the sidewalk, there is an inch gap which I assume the city marked in pink.  It is a trip hazard.  I believe the city had plans to redo the sidewalk in 2029, but it is 2026 and as it has been pretty battered with all of the sewer work, it might need replacing sooner.
