Issue #22630108 — Cable/Phone/Power Line Down

It’s low now such that anything other than a normal car can’t get through (eg gardeners couldn’t come this morning because truck would hit wire). It’s a safety hazard and also could get worse over time, since just started to sag, and could prevent us and our neighbors from reaching our house. I called PSE and they came out and said wasn’t a power line, was likely a Comcast communication line. Comcast came out and said it wasn’t them.
