This appears to have happened repeatedly over the past few weeks, with more material added each time.\n\nCan you tell me whether this was done by Parks staff? If it was not, I’d ask that the debris be removed. The concrete blocks and thorn-covered branches are a tripping and injury hazard, and it’s concerning that a private individual may be placing materials in the park on their own initiative.\n\nThis path has been used by residents for years and is clearly well established.
