The trees in the area are overgrown and block viewing. As a volunteer who was tasked with having to put things away without the 3 stolen carts, I would think it would be worth the city's time and energy to remove some of these trees and vegetation to make the area more visible to the street so it is less attractive for people to get in there and steal. The hard work these folk put into this event and it is made so much more challenging when there is theft the night before.
