At the Farmer's Market on Sunday, I tripped over it.  It is in the crosswalk and painted, but it is big.  And also at the location of North Mercer Way and 76th Ave Se.  They keep watering the ivy and it runs off into the roadway causing the potholes. Also, city staff do not understand that the ivy needs to be pulled and cut back, not made features of it.  Please consult with Jordan, the Parks' volunteer organizer and have her explain how to remove the ivy especially the bushes.  It is a noxious weed.
