During heavy rainfall, water drains very slowly and pools around the catch basin.Using basic tools, I was able to observe that the issue appears to originate in the lower section of the connected pipeline, likely within or near Luther Burbank Upper Park.Could your team please inspect the drain and clear any blockages at your earliest convenience?
