I have hit it twice and suffered significant falls because it is not visible when exiting from the lighted area. This presents a serious risk of severe injury if it is not addressed.\n\nI reported this to the building management, but they advised that it is city property, which is why I am reporting it here.","flag_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/api/v2/issues/20836034/flag","html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/issues/20836034","id":20836034,"lat":47.58643188890997,"lng":-122.23321513376814,"media":{"image_full":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6Mzc0MjIwODQsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--7ce3aa8e234daefbc0ab8a0fe770d541a4b1564f/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjgwMHg2MDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--242b3e94addeeae50b5fd8df8a0a8fbcf02bf33c/fd2fc100-409c-4103-8fb9-2d73046779a8_2026-01-21T08-42-14-05-00.jpg","image_square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6Mzc0MjIwODQsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--7ce3aa8e234daefbc0ab8a0fe770d541a4b1564f/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjEwMHgxMDBeIiwiZ3Jhdml0eSI6ImNlbnRlciIsImV4dGVudCI6IjEwMHgxMDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--65761edc0e4051a20b5d81cec2bec201d6c43dee/fd2fc100-409c-4103-8fb9-2d73046779a8_2026-01-21T08-42-14-05-00.jpg","representative_image_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6Mzc0MjIwODQsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--7ce3aa8e234daefbc0ab8a0fe770d541a4b1564f/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjEwMHgxMDBeIiwiZ3Jhdml0eSI6ImNlbnRlciIsImV4dGVudCI6IjEwMHgxMDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--65761edc0e4051a20b5d81cec2bec201d6c43dee/fd2fc100-409c-4103-8fb9-2d73046779a8_2026-01-21T08-42-14-05-00.jpg","video_url":null},"point":{"coordinates":[-122.23321513376814,47.58643188890997],"type":"Point"},"private_visibility":false,"rating":2,"reopened_at":null,"reporter":{"avatar":{"full":"https://seeclickfix.com/images/no-avatar-100.png","square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/images/no-avatar-100.png"},"civic_points":0,"html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/users/1538973","id":1538973,"name":"Mercer Island, WA Neighbor","role":"Guest","witty_title":""},"request_type":{"id":22676,"organization":"City of Mercer Island - NOTE: Emergencies should always be reported to 911 immediately.
