There are two loose storm drains in the middle of the access road on the North side of Aviara. Every time a car drives over them (we are talking hundreds of vehicles a week) the drains make very loud banging noises. Not only does this make it difficult to keep doors and windows open but one is jarred awake in the middle of the night by the cars passing over it.
