The left turn arrow should change to yellow flashing a second or two after the straight through turns green. Even if there is no oncoming traffic the left turn arrow stays red until the next full cycle. Please adjust so it turns to yellow flashing on each cycle regardless when the left turning vehicles approached the intersection.
