Motorists continue to use this causeway at high speeds, endangering everyone. To save 10 seconds by avoiding traffic lights, they risk changing someone’s life forever—not worth it. Consider signage, speed bumps, or other measures to discourage impatient motorists from speeding past hundreds of people’s front doors.\n","flag_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/api/v2/issues/20425260/flag","html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/issues/20425260","id":20425260,"lat":47.58736435769167,"lng":-122.23360546294542,"media":{"image_full":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzU4MzU2NTMsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--0a1457ea179949b2d6dac4747b12dc1d49d889c4/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjgwMHg2MDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--242b3e94addeeae50b5fd8df8a0a8fbcf02bf33c/f9344d1e-cd9a-464c-a425-92cae50e9988_2025-11-16T06-35-23-10-00.jpg","image_square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzU4MzU2NTMsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--0a1457ea179949b2d6dac4747b12dc1d49d889c4/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjEwMHgxMDBeIiwiZ3Jhdml0eSI6ImNlbnRlciIsImV4dGVudCI6IjEwMHgxMDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--65761edc0e4051a20b5d81cec2bec201d6c43dee/f9344d1e-cd9a-464c-a425-92cae50e9988_2025-11-16T06-35-23-10-00.jpg","representative_image_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzU4MzU2NTMsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--0a1457ea179949b2d6dac4747b12dc1d49d889c4/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjEwMHgxMDBeIiwiZ3Jhdml0eSI6ImNlbnRlciIsImV4dGVudCI6IjEwMHgxMDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--65761edc0e4051a20b5d81cec2bec201d6c43dee/f9344d1e-cd9a-464c-a425-92cae50e9988_2025-11-16T06-35-23-10-00.jpg","video_url":null},"point":{"coordinates":[-122.23360546294542,47.58736435769167],"type":"Point"},"private_visibility":false,"rating":3,"reopened_at":null,"reporter":{"avatar":{"full":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzU4MzU0ODYsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--ed212c9b7e7a2de1db941836d20356f20376f3f9/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGVnIiwiYXV0b19vcmllbnQiOnRydWUsInN0cmlwIjp0cnVlLCJyZXNpemUiOiI4MDB4NjAwIn0sInB1ciI6InZhcmlhdGlvbiJ9fQ==--a24cd3b9f26082c533845b9cc150d8421a819967/IMG_4040.jpeg","square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzU4MzU0ODYsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--ed212c9b7e7a2de1db941836d20356f20376f3f9/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGVnIiwiYXV0b19vcmllbnQiOnRydWUsInN0cmlwIjp0cnVlLCJyZXNpemUiOiIxMDB4MTAwXiIsImdyYXZpdHkiOiJjZW50ZXIiLCJleHRlbnQiOiIxMDB4MTAwIn0sInB1ciI6InZhcmlhdGlvbiJ9fQ==--05cc00cdc285a6131729ac978390fa7276ce7221/IMG_4040.jpeg"},"civic_points":0,"html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/users/3722282","id":3722282,"name":"TheChancellor","role":"Registered User","witty_title":""},"request_type":{"id":33216,"organization":"City of Mercer Island - NOTE: Emergencies should always be reported to 911 immediately.
