Description
Since the construction of the roundabout at this intersection, a pipe at the southeast corner has been leaking water onto the road. Although the area was recently excavated for repairs, the leak persists, and the roadway remains continuously wet. As temperatures drop, this standing water will freeze, creating a serious safety hazard directly resulting from the City’s project. This issue has been ongoing for several years without resolution.
