Description

The left turn signal at northbound 77th to westbound 27th turns red after a short cycle then stays red half the time instead of becoming a flashing yellow. That means anyone still waiting to turn left must wait for the next light cycle while the northbound light is green, despite no oncoming southbound traffic. Please update the light so the left turn signal is always flashing yellow after the green left turn cycles out. Thanks.
