Description
The contractor involved with the development at 4320 ICW cut the asphalt on ICW and did a poor job patching it. Drivers often swerve to avoid the patched area. This patch was supposed to be temporary, but I think it has been almost 2 years, and the development project appears to have stalled--there has been no activity for a long time. Please order the contractor to do a professional repair of the asphalt ASAP to return it to its original condition.
