In order to see if any cars are coming down West Mercer Way before turning, you need to creep out into the shoulder of West Mercer Way somewhat. Bike riders often are riding at high speed in the shoulder and the tree makes it difficult to see them, and pulling out into the shoulder could cause them to hit the car.","flag_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/api/v2/issues/19169142/flag","html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/issues/19169142","id":19169142,"lat":47.58455453044787,"lng":-122.2490047282118,"media":{"image_full":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzE0NDI0NzYsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--fdea950bdd9d5fbfd3f6f30a0c8b33c3a5746493/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjgwMHg2MDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--242b3e94addeeae50b5fd8df8a0a8fbcf02bf33c/Tree.jpg","image_square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzE0NDI0NzYsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--fdea950bdd9d5fbfd3f6f30a0c8b33c3a5746493/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjEwMHgxMDBeIiwiZ3Jhdml0eSI6ImNlbnRlciIsImV4dGVudCI6IjEwMHgxMDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--65761edc0e4051a20b5d81cec2bec201d6c43dee/Tree.jpg","representative_image_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MzE0NDI0NzYsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--fdea950bdd9d5fbfd3f6f30a0c8b33c3a5746493/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjEwMHgxMDBeIiwiZ3Jhdml0eSI6ImNlbnRlciIsImV4dGVudCI6IjEwMHgxMDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--65761edc0e4051a20b5d81cec2bec201d6c43dee/Tree.jpg","video_url":null},"point":{"coordinates":[-122.2490047282118,47.58455453044787],"type":"Point"},"private_visibility":false,"rating":2,"reopened_at":null,"reporter":{"avatar":{"full":"https://seeclickfix.com/images/no-avatar-100.png","square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/images/no-avatar-100.png"},"civic_points":0,"html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/users/3400528","id":3400528,"name":"Joe Coco","role":"Registered User","witty_title":""},"request_type":{"id":34997,"organization":"City of Mercer Island - NOTE: Emergencies should always be reported to 911 immediately.
