Issue #18971590 — Catch Basin / Storm Drain

You can see by the photos that the drain looks like it is now facing the side of the \"creek\".  This is eroded from what it used to be.  We believe we need to put in a retaining wall or do something about this in order to protect our property.  We need to know what the city of Mercer Island can do about it first, and then if there are restrictions or limitations on what we can do around the storm drain.  This drain CONSTANTLY clogs and needs to be cleared during the winter months.  We are hoping the city can help us do something so this is more efficient and isn't something we need to worry about damaging our property.
