Issue #18805137 — Intersection Traffic Control

The City installed a yellow barrier along our main arterial, but they did not leave enough room so what I witnessed was a vehicle driving over it damaging its undercarriage.  I was told the City were the ones who designed and approved it, but it is a disaster.  This was a Sound Transit project, so they should be the ones who should have come up with the design and WSDOT were supposed to approve it of which it does not sound either was done.  Please remove the yellow barrier as it is a danger.  You can see from the photos that people have been driving over the barrier.  There should be an AASHTO and guidelines on this.
