I took my dog for a walk around the neighborhood and the pollution appears the entire way, especially in front of each house where the truck stops to collect bins.  I'm not sure if whether it was the garbage or yard waste truck, but definitely not the recycle truck.  I called Recology and reported the issue.  You may want to have a Mercer Island staff member come by and inspect the area and determine if pollution cleanup is needed (example - street cleaner).  An example area to inspect is the neighborhood loop beginning on 79th Ave SE which jogs into 78th Ave SE and then jogs into 77th Ave SE and finally Shore Lane.  But the full Recology \"Friday\" service needs to be examined.
