Description
The traffic signal at 80th and N Mercer Way seems to be malfunctioning. The walk signal to cross N Mercer Way constantly activates with no pedestrian present and without anyone pushing the walk button. This causes the light to cycle excessively, causing delays for traffic on N Mercer Way. Signal is otherwise working fine.
