Description
Street sign at SE 28th St. and 78th Ave SE was put in sideways. It should be rotated 90 degrees clockwise from current. There was sidewalk work done, and when the sidewalk was replaced the street sign was installed with the 78 the Ave SE sign over the sidewalk, not the street.
