These are never enforced, so it sets a bad precedent for the kids at the park, and indeed everyone in the community, that it's OK to ignore inconvenient laws.\n\nIdeally the city would enforce the law to prevent the frequent blocking of the sidewalk and roadway and destruction of vegetation at the park. But the many police cars driving past and ignoring these blatant violations indicates the city has no such appetite. So at least address the hypocrisy please.","flag_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/api/v2/issues/17835072/flag","html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/issues/17835072","id":17835072,"lat":47.574189641677684,"lng":-122.23158333333333,"media":{"image_full":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MjY5NjMxMzgsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--ee59182fe5f9771b9a598754e29303443cac4c17/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjgwMHg2MDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--242b3e94addeeae50b5fd8df8a0a8fbcf02bf33c/image.jpg","image_square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MjY5NjMxMzgsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--ee59182fe5f9771b9a598754e29303443cac4c17/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjEwMHgxMDBeIiwiZ3Jhdml0eSI6ImNlbnRlciIsImV4dGVudCI6IjEwMHgxMDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--65761edc0e4051a20b5d81cec2bec201d6c43dee/image.jpg","representative_image_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/rails/active_storage/representations/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MjY5NjMxMzgsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--ee59182fe5f9771b9a598754e29303443cac4c17/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6eyJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGciLCJhdXRvX29yaWVudCI6dHJ1ZSwic3RyaXAiOnRydWUsInJlc2l6ZSI6IjEwMHgxMDBeIiwiZ3Jhdml0eSI6ImNlbnRlciIsImV4dGVudCI6IjEwMHgxMDAifSwicHVyIjoidmFyaWF0aW9uIn19--65761edc0e4051a20b5d81cec2bec201d6c43dee/image.jpg","video_url":null},"point":{"coordinates":[-122.23158333333333,47.574189641677684],"type":"Point"},"private_visibility":false,"rating":3,"reopened_at":null,"reporter":{"avatar":{"full":"https://seeclickfix.com/images/no-avatar-100.png","square_100x100":"https://seeclickfix.com/images/no-avatar-100.png"},"civic_points":0,"html_url":"https://seeclickfix.com/users/2620865","id":2620865,"name":"Michael","role":"Registered User","witty_title":""},"request_type":{"id":41879,"organization":"City of Mercer Island - NOTE: Emergencies should always be reported to 911 immediately.
