Description
Along SE 27th St, where it starts to intersect with 76th Ave SE (the south-end of the curve), is a very common place for people to jaywalk. From my window I see probably ~50 people a day try to dash across the road here, even though there is oncoming traffic.
It would make a lot of sense to put a marked crosswalk in at this point. I understand this is normally a long-term process as part of the TIP, but even a prototype crosswalk here in the interim would be hugely beneficial for pedestrian transportation in this area.
