She rents it out. She does not maintain those trees unless forced to by circumstances. On the 34th ST side going up the hill, the blackberries at the bottom are overgrowing into the strees, while the trees above them are leaning over the road and dropping sizeable branches and leaf debris on the road. There is a tree in the middle of that patch that fell over and is leaning on the trees right next to the road pushing them over. We live in the dead-end above and are concerned that those trees would fall and block the road we use to exit our property. The leaves of those trees falling on the pavement make the road very, very slick in the fall and winter, dangerous to walk down.\nSeveral of us neighbors tried to get Jane to do some maintenance but she claims these are on city's easement and \"not her problem\".
