Description
The construction screening blocks sight lines from 29th into the southbound lane of 78th. This makes left turns especially precarious…I pulled a third of the way into the lane to get a decent sighting. Visibility into oncoming traffic is also obscured for right (southbound) turns feom 29th onto 78th.
