Description
The whole of the Town Center and North Mercer Way. There needs to be a crew or someone who just deals with the Town Center and North Mercer Way adjacent. There are weeds growing out of the sidewalks, out of the roadway, the tree wells need widening to allow for the tree roots to spread and the soil from the tree wells are all out of the tree wells and look messy. And corner of 27th St & 80th Ave SE, there are dead shrubs and ivy growing all over the trees. It is just disappointing that with SeaFair coming up, the Town Center is just looking dingy. The hanging baskets are nice, but not the sidewalks and the rights-of-way and roadways
