I took this photo while walking along East Mercer Way. While I can't identify the exact location, any of the curves along east Mercer Way will do. I think it is time to paint some double solid lines on sections of the road limiting where the cars can pass. I have had some close calls with cars passing in a dangerous manner. The shoulder on the west side of the road is NOT for bicycles. And there is no shoulder on the east side of the road!
