Description

Two Questions: 1. Even on non-waste pick up days (this was taken on a Sunday) there are waste bins lining the side of the street. Even during construction by the city, the bins still remain particularly from 7900-8250 WMW . Is this ok? It seems like a safety hazard, especially for pedestrians. 2. Someone in 8240-8280 block of WMW had parked their long bed construction truck (with a trailer hitch long bed attached) next to the Fleury Trail every night and with all the rains really cut deep into the ground creating extensive mud on the city property where people park on WMW next to the trail. Is parking this vehicle here allowable? I understand there is city street work currently in the area, but this is someone unrelated to that construction work. I am wondering about city policy for business truck parking regularly on WMW. Thank you for clarifications.
