Issue #16410473 — Intersection Traffic Control

I live at 4060 west mercer way and when trying to get on west mercer way it is dangerous because visibility to the left (south)is obscured because it is a blind corner.  I have nearly been hit on more than one occasion by cars coming around that corner.  A convex mirror would solve the issue by providing visibility around that blind curve.  The water line project is starting on 76th ave se in the next week or so and that will require everyone on our street to exit our street via west mercer way.  I worry about a collision occurring due to the visibility issue that I've outlined.
