As a result the rain has nowhere to go flowing down the hill and has created a big washout on our property.  \n\nThe silt & gravel run off are causing problems and the driveway is beginning to show signs of shifting (sinking) with cracks due to all of rain.  It has saturated the ground beneath.    \n\nThe asphalt from the street is beginning to break lose.  \n\nWe need to fix this problem soon.
