Description
The westbound offramp to Island Crest Way (exit 7) is often backed up to I-90. There is only 1 lane currently. There is room to widen the offramp @ the intersection to allow 2 lanes @ the signal light (1 lane for south/left turning and 1 lane for a right turn or going straight thru on North Mercer. Also, the NW corner & the intersection should be reduced to allow 2 eastbound vehicles to stop @ the signal; the right vehicle can then make a free right if traffic allows.
