Description
All of SE 80th St could stand replacing but the east end of the street is a mess with several depressions, ridges and other scars that fill with water and representing a tripping hazard on a street with no sidewalks and no lighting. I know because I have tripped over them and with days get shorter it gets more hazardous. My neighbor across the street is approaching 90 years old and these are a danger to him.
