Description

The plot of land opposite our house (on right as drive up hill) has several large trees that have been overtaken by ivy. In the time we have lived here (nearly a decade) they have not been maintained. They are now in dire need of maintenance, and likely to drop branches or worse case, fall in storms - which could impact the road or fall directly on our property. This is a road that is walked every day by kids going to school and used by every house going up the hill. Can you advice on how best to approach this. We actively maintain our trees, the concern is for (what we understand) is council owned land directly opposite.
