The asphalt at the garage deck over the years has dropped and also around the sewer cap an inch to 2 inches. Over the last year or so I have not been able to get both cars into the garage because of the dip in the right side of the picture.  I have had to leave my car on the street which is very narrow to begin with and would prefer to have both of them in the garage. It is impossible to drive in on the right side of the as the cars now nose into the garage deck on our side of the R.O.W.  I would really appreciate it if the city could fix and replace the asphalt in the City R.O.W.
