Issue #14362477 — Debris Removal

There is a new city ditch in front of their home, and it is very treacherous with rocks. A lot of trash has collected there and will continue to collect as it gets a lot of water flow. There is no way these people can get down there safely to clear it out and I know it distresses them. I would actually do it but it even scares me.  Keep meaning to write this email request! Maybe it can be on a 'check on it' list for city employees who drive around the island. Will need very sturdy boots, maybe a wide board for straddling and a long-armed garbage stick (pincher?) to grab the trash items.
