Description
The intersection of South E. 28th St. and Island crest Way has tall traffic light poles paint is peeling, and there is rust showing. This presence a rather for impression for everyone getting on the island but also these poles are going to suffer for more corrosion as time goes by unless you pay for these poles again after sanding them.
